Custom Process

After negotiation with customer, we prepare to launch new project.

STEP 1

The first step, we need to your designs and your quantity.From the designs and quantity we will konw how to do the print(digital or gravure).

STEP 2

Cutomize the material(the material structures and the specification ).Make the printing plates(if gravure printing).

STEP 3

The printing procedure:in this process, we will contact you to confirm the colors(take pictures or videos).

STEP 4

Quaulity Check. In this part, we check whether the printing is OK or not by the automatical machine.

STEP 5

Lamination. Some bags are two layers but some are three or four layers.Lamination is the process to make each layers together.

STEP 6

Curing and cooling. Curing is very important for bags making.Some bags need 48 hours to cure but some may 50 hours. It depends. When the roll films are completely cool, they can be sent to bag making department.

STEP 7

Roll film cutting or bag-making. Some customers just need roll films, but some need bags. In this part, if customers need roll films, we just cut according to the specification. If customers need bags, then we make bags.

STEP 8

Curing and cooling. Curing is very important for bags making.Some bags need 48 hours to cure but some may 50 hours. It depends. When the roll films are completely cool, they can be sent to bag making department.
